Stila's new mega-sparkle top coat is specially designed to wear over matte liquid lipstick. The break-through, bi-phase formula contains ultra-fine pearls in a clear water base, so it washes over lips, leaving the original matte color you love - but with a high-wattage, sparkle finish.

SHADES:

  • Entice (Transparent Pink Sparkle with Reflective Blue Sparkle): Pair with neutral or red shades
  • Embolden (Transparent Light Champagne Sparkle): Pair with pinks, reds, berries, or deep shades
  • Transcend (Transparent pink, multi-colour sparkle): Pair with reds, berries, or deep shades
  • Ignite (Transparent berry sparkle): Pair with neutral or pink shades

How it works:

Bi-phase formula –ultra-fine pearls are dispersed in a clear water base. When mixed, it washes over lips, leaving the original matte finish you love –but with high-wattage, sparkle.

Film formers help lock in the pearl for long-lasting shimmer with a smooth finish.
